Empire Wind personnel announced they had received a preliminary court injunction that enables construction to move forward, for now.

Work on Empire Wind has been on hold since the Trump administration “paused” the leases on it and four other projects just days before Christmas.

Two wind farms off the west and north Wales coastline have secured UK government funding to supply the national grid, with up to 7,000 jobs expected to be created.
