A powerful winter storm system moving across the Great Lakes and Northeast is bringing snow and ice, frigid temperatures and possible whiteout conditions.
Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for the city Monday, with amounts of up to 10 centimetres expected and risks of reduced visibility on the roads.
On Wednesday at 11:16 p.m. the National Weather Service released a snow squall warning in effect until Thursday at midnight for Elk County.
