{{STRENGTH TESTING}} Part of the yearly training cycle for most athletes should be a focus on maximal strength. This week Rob Wilkinson did some retesting off the back of his off-season program before moving to Sydney. On average he improved all lifts by 10-20%. this is a great result for such a short training cycle that also involves other demands (wrestling, boxing etc).
