Creating curiosity. With the children who are working at the earlier stages of attention we can nurture curiosity and create the opportunity for shared communication. Here we started off with handfuls of spoons and 3 shiny bowls. Throw a spoon into the bowl and see what happens. Stay very focused and playful yourself.
